Our Mock Tribunals are very different to the ones provided traditionally by the law firms.
They provide an experiential learning experience to fully embed the role of managers and leaders who need to be proactive in having the difficult conversation, completing accurate documentation, conducting investigations, note taking and embracing timely the HR policies and procedures that are in the business.
Each tribunal is designed using a ‘real’ company specific scenario and using the organisation's policies and procedures.
The day(s) are facilitated by experienced HR professionals who themselves represent organisations at tribunal. The actual tribunals are run by an employment lawyer and are fun, thought-provoking and provide results in changing managers actions.
