What was the Awbery solution?
A six-day programme was designed in partnership with UDG to develop middle and first line managers, focusing on the essentials of leadership. The programme examined personal effectiveness, people skills and process skills. A business improvement project concluded the programme providing a payback to UDG in terms of process improvement, efficiency savings and direct cost savings.
