Over 80% of the programmes that we design and deliver are accredited with either Institute of Leadership and Management or Chartered Management Institute qualifications.
A professional qualification in leadership and management provides assurance of quality and affords your leaders the recognition of the work they put in and the learning undertaken. We are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) which means our programme design and delivery, as well as our policies and administration, are regularly audited for quality and continuous improvement.
Through our accreditation with the awarding bodies, we are able to offer vocationally-related qualifications (VRQs) from Team Leader Level 2 through to Strategic Leadership Level 7, with our Level 7 VRQs earning credits towards an MBA. We are currently working in strategic partnership with the CMI to confirm the pathway leading from our Holistic and Business Leadership programmes through to an MBA.
Chartered status is also being explored and in 2014 Awbery Management Centre will be confirming our support to enable leaders to become recognised as Chartered Managers or Chartered Fellows.
The opportunity to achieve a professional qualification encourages your leaders to really embrace the learning experience and put into practice the cutting edge skills and tools they acquire on the programmes.
Return on Investment
The design of the programmes, both bespoke and open, includes a work-based assignment which ensures there is the potential for a tangible return on investment, as well as providing clear evidence to meet the required learning outcomes for each qualification.
The accreditation may inspire your leaders to continually develop and encourage them to think about a commitment to lifelong learning.
In line with our guiding principles, we believe that your programme design should start with your required outcomes and expectations. We will then map it to the appropriate qualification, ensuring that your organisation's need is the driving force behind your leadership solution, and not the qualification itself, which will be a value added bonus.
